Community Fund Donation Supports Dementia Active Centre in Carterton

Dementia Active is delighted to announce that the Community Fund has generously donated £1,500 to support our small Dementia Active centre in Carterton.

This kind donation will help us continue providing meaningful activities, social connection, and supportive sessions for people living with dementia in the local community. Our centres focus on keeping members active, engaged, and connected, while also offering valuable respite and reassurance for families and carers.
