At Dementia Active, our vehicles do far more than transport people from one place to another. They provide a vital link to friendship, activity, routine, reassurance and support.

For many of our members, getting to one of our centres would simply not be possible without safe, reliable transport. Our minibuses and vehicles help people living with dementia attend sessions where they can enjoy meaningful activity, companionship, exercise, music, laughter and a warm welcome.

Transport is one of the biggest barriers faced by people living with dementia and their families. Many of the people we support are no longer able to drive, and family members are not always available to provide lifts during the day.
