We work alongside a range of trusted local partners who share our values and understand the needs of people living with dementia.
The organisations listed below may be able to provide additional support, advice, services, or activities that complement the work we do.

Their team has many years’ experience providing design services for charities and homeowners, helping adapt existing homes to make them safer, more accessible, and suitable for people living with disabilities.
Their work can range from installing a simple level-access shower to carrying out internal alterations or designing an extension tailored to a person’s specific needs.
They can also help improve access outside the home, including the design of ramps and platform lifts to provide clear, step-free access from a pavement, driveway, or parking area into the property.
These adaptations can make it possible for people to remain in the home they love, while avoiding the disruption and cost of moving into specialist accommodation.
We only signpost to organisations and services that we believe may be helpful, respectful, and appropriate for our members and their families. While each organisation operates independently, we aim to share information about services that may provide useful support.
